Education:

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Management Information System
• Diploma in Computer in Management Information System

• Applicable Microsoft certifications
  MCSA, MCTS, or MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST for workstations.

• Experience with these Hospitality-related applications and or systems (PMS, POS, Key card, PBX, Voice mail)
  

• Effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing, including by phone, e-mail, or in person; Along with In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems.

Responsibilities & Context:

PREREQUISITES & MANDATORY - SiX- TO MEET THE CRITERIA

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications.
• Responsible for ensuring all concern and corporate office cameras are operational, serviced and able to undertake all functions e.g. pan, tilt and zoom etc.
• Proficiency in frameworks, developing, and testing web application security features
• Vast knowledge in major social media platform and responsible for creating static and video content for special day and managing posts, responding to followers from Group all social media platform page and manage our company image in a cohesive way.
• Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings, even holidays.
• Ensure his/her presence or remotely work if the systems down in-threatening, specifically Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and CC TV, Point of Sales computer systems, sooner or later always available on phone for emergency IT solution twenty-four (24) hours.  
• KEY ELEMENTS OF THE JOB       
• A warm personality, attentive, and smartly presentable.     
• Serve as the primary point of contact for computer hardware & software servicing·        
• Collaborate with department heads to address IT-related issues with all concern·     
• Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users of all concern of Group·        
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software·        
• Conduct routine inventory checks and network inspections·        
• Responsible for ensuring that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures.·        
• Able to perform other IT or Systems-related tasks assigned by the management.
• BEST KNOWLEDGE ON HARDWARE & SOFTWARE 
• Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, and I/O devices.
• Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
• Anti-virus setup and day-to-day support.
• Monitors and maintains a proper inventory of hardware and software licenses. 
• NETWORK FUNDAMENTALS
• Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup, and device configuration.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications.
• Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure  
• RECOVERY PROCESS OF DATA & SECURITY FROM CENTRAL SERVER
• Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
• Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment. 
• Maintains a system error/progress log book and deals with reported problems
• Implementing backup procedures if the site crashes 
• KNOWLEDGE OF CCTV CONTROL SYSTEMS
• Responsible for ensuring all concern and corporate office cameras are operational, serviced and able to undertake all functions e.g. pan, tilt and zoom etc.        
• Able to work in the CCTV hand role with full responsibility for how the cameras are deployed. 
• Responsible for the CCTV Day to day service maintenance contract, determines the level of service and issues default notices as required.
• Oversee the monitoring of all concern via video surveillance and data analysis to ensure customer and employee adherence to all laws, regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee, and manage corporate investigations that impact the safety and well-being of employees, properties, assets, and processes.
• Assist in the development, implementation, improvement, and management of physical security policies, standards, and procedures. 
• WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA
• Proficiency in frameworks, developing, and testing web application security features
• Understanding HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and others for coding languages
• Maintenance periodically and develop front-end, back-end, or full-stack of Website also proficiency in frameworks·        
• Track SEO and web traffic metrics·        
• Vast knowledge in major social media platform and responsible for creating static and video content for special day and managing posts, responding to followers from Group all social media platform page and manage our company image in a cohesive way.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and keep an eye on social media trends 
• VENDORS COORDINATION
• Responsible for the smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Internet, Property Management Systems – PMS, Point of Sale – POS, Telephony systems, and other software vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Collaborating with designers to understand and execute stationary print through proof checking
