Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in medical technology/ nursing/ health care/ certified trainer for relevant trade from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and facilitate center-based vocational high quality training by using various approaches as well as prepare session plan, program delivery plan, power point presentation on relevant trade.Work cooperatively with Project Officer- Center Management (Instructor) on survey and selection of learners
∎ Track student's progress, monitor achievement against targets set and constantly drive improvement in students and assess student's performance systematically and record them
∎ Assist in developing training materials, and suggest any modification needed in training modules
∎ Ensure safe use of training equipment and maintenance of the equipment
∎ Assist in cash base transection and follow up the beneficiaries
∎ Ensure Learners attendance and conduct door to door visit for follow up if necessary. Perform regular monitoring, reporting, and problem finding and make solution
∎ Help in reporting and documenting project activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the supervisors
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment, follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ Concept on Skills Vocational Training
∎ Training cycle
∎ Participatory management
∎ Gender sensitive and familiar with humanitarian principles
∎ Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects, experience in facilitating technical course content
∎ Ability to address training needs with complete courses
∎ Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
∎ Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills
∎ Training facilitation
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ English efficiency (verbal & written) and Chittagongian language is essential
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
