Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, “Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)” or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying livelihood skills & income generation opportunities).
∎ Coordinate activities between target group, consultant, local actors, government, Private sector & training institute and available resources.
∎ Assist Livelihood coordinator to Identify and select skills training need, Plan training method, Development training.
∎ That would be benefit Women in the Rohingya & host community women.
∎ Linked with other services through referral pathways.
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps module.
∎ Conduct training sessions.
∎ Identify more skills according to the need and choice of community women.
∎ Take further development initiatives.
∎ Gather and report marketplace information, communicate organization message to the communities.

∎ Organize quarterly linkage meeting with local service provider, market committee & value chain actor.
∎ Organize Training on Skill and Business Development for women leaders.
∎ Identify women from host community and provide seed fund.
∎ Develop creative products considering the artisanal skills in the camps.
∎ Generate and evaluate new product ideas and concepts and identify new opportunities and formulate product concepts.
∎ Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, and design for manufacture).
∎ Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design product requirements.
∎ Provide technical support during the sample process from product idea to final approval for the products.
∎ Submitting proposals and sample designs for evaluation by the project management team before moving to the final production/manufacturing.
∎ Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing consumer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with Market manager in monitoring product performance from the launch stage and initiate appropriate solutions in case of product rollout problems.
∎ Review all samples thoroughly and ensure all comment instructions followed prior to dispatch samples.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Have to work under a team and have to report to team leader as well as project manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
