Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
∎ Plan and direct optimum day-to-day operations to achieve project requirements.
∎ Develop strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
∎ Develop standard project work plan within the timeline and budget parameters.
∎
∎ Analyzing project work data and share it to higher Management.
∎ Conducts monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and obligations.
∎
∎ Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
∎ Ensure optimal level performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
∎
∎ Oversee Project Admin & Security issues
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of the project area and train security personnel for effective security procedures.
∎ Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance.
∎ Ensure training to staff as necessary.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have experience in Economic Zone as Project Lead.
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, and productivity.
∎ Should have computer literacy and IT knowledge.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
