Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in relevant discipline from any recognised university. Candidates having background of Education Diploma/ Business/ Education/ Enterprise Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma will be given preference.

∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the goal and objective setting for each unit, create programmes and new initiatives that are effective and efficient and develop annual operating and business plan aligned with budget, expenditure, policies and procedures.
∎ Manage and direct overall operations, ensure inclusion, equity, innovation and make sure that all implemented activities are relevant to the strategy and mission of the organization.
∎ Ensure proper communication of goals to the unit heads to ensure clearly communicate goals to unit heads to ensure right quality education/support/service is delivered for children and adolescents and parents and motivate and guide staff and teachers on building relationships with the community, government primary schools and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure need based monitoring, research and evaluation. Initiate greater digitization of systems across the programme. Delegate responsibility with appropriate resources, analysis programme outcomes, measure the success of each unit and identification of shortfalls and initiate necessary steps.
∎ Lead and supervise staff performance, take initiatives for capacity building, motivate and encourage them and manage their positive relationship for developing leadership skill. Advise on pre- and in-service teacher training in coordination with teacher training specialists.
∎ Provide guidance on instructional approaches, curricula, and learning materials in support of literacy, math, and other related skills through non-formal modes of instruction.
∎ Assist in development of policy frameworks that can contribute at the national level for non-formal education.
∎ Liaise and network with partners, NGOs, donors, and relevant Ministries and Government Agencies (MoPME, MoE, DPE, Teacher Training Institutes, NCTB, NAIM, NAEP etc.) to influence policy including advocacy and mobilization of resources. Represent programmes/organization in forums (national/ international).

∎ Minimum 12 years working experience at development sector with minimum 6 years in education and at senior management position.
