Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Factory Supervisor Quality initiatives at the factory(Printers Factory) level through processes monitoring; product capability evaluations; performance reporting; bench marking best practices and training factory staffs.
∎ The Factory Supervisor performs clear objective of improving overall product quality as measured through final inspections,
∎ To assist the factory manager in planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ To locate & asses requirement of materials against production order.
∎ To allocate work on appropriate machine for efficient production.
∎ To be responsible for overall production input and output followed by reporting to the factory manager on time.
∎ To report and assist the engineering division for the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment's.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned to him by the superior authority.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: All kinds of Garments
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes within the apparel/non-apparel industry and specific knowledge for relative category.
∎ Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
∎ Communication skills- both written and verbal - in English and local language.
∎ Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively.
∎ Ability to influence all levels of factory management.
