Factory Operation, Metal hardware Products production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and support the full process of metal hardware production live.
∎ Maintain the quality of control benchmark and apply SOP of floor.
∎ Supervise and cross-train team members as necessary.
∎ Ensure given target.
∎ Prepare production report with worker efficiency.
∎ Support the manufacturing and testing activities.
∎ Review and check technical matters related to production process.
∎ Analyze production process at every stages of production to reduce wastage as per target.
∎ Maintain product QC and specification as per standard.
∎ Maintain the process of standard operating procedure and adherence to achieve quality products.
∎ Maintain procedure to maximize output per shift, utilize machines capacity and manpower and materiel usage to meet agreed standard.
∎ Support HR in recruiting production staffs/workers.
∎ Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
∎ Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have computer literacy, know how to work with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Words), have English writing skill, email writing skill.
∎ Applicants should have experience in maintenance operation, supervision.
∎ Ability to handle 80-100 people in a shift, supervise their productivity and QC on a continuous basis shift.
Salary: Tk. 20 - 25 (Monthly)
