Understanding of waterproofing systems, construction materials, and waterproofing standards.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical customers.
Background in construction chemicals, construction sales, or a related field is typically required.
Valid Motor Cycle license for traveling to job sites and client locations
Responsibilities & Context:
Proactively identify potential clients (contractors, builders, architects) and approach them to sell waterproofing/roofing products.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
Advise clients on suitable waterproofing systems, preventative measures, and application techniques to solve their water damage issues.
Collect data on competitor pricing, product innovations, and market trends to adjust sales strategies and increase market share.
Coordinate with distributors, applicators, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation, from product delivery to application.
Execute sales programs, including preparing brochures, giving presentations, and organizing promotional events.
