Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable BUTEX /Textile Graduate / any Graduation.
∎ The applicants have practical experience in Male & Female undergarments production supervisor will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undergarments Production with full responsibility is preferred
∎ To lead and manage the entire Productions, Procurement, Quality and related teams in the
∎ To handle all production from Cutting to Packing for the products and strategies to support end-to-end process.
∎ Product Strategy and Crisis Management
∎ Capable to handle production staffs
∎ Execute production initiatives that support the business strategy.
∎ Propose and deploy new ideas and programs to support continuous improvement and generate cost saving mechanisms.
∎ Exposure to run sewing lines independently and ensuring execution of production in line with shipment schedule.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on both Male & Female undergarments production, determine SMV and achieve sewing line
∎ Capable to address day to day production of sewing lines / cutting/ finishing and meet the production target as per preplanned schedule in cost effective manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good skills in MS Word & MS Excel, email writing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
