Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.
∎ To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
∎ To follow-up accessories in-house status in the factory and keep factory management informed on the same.
∎ To coordinate with buyers Q.C.
∎ To follow-up Cutting, work properly to ensure smooth production.
∎ To do production, washing, and finishing the follow-up to ensure the planned production.
∎ To arrange & monitor the Buyers inspection before shipment & collect the Buyer's inspection certificate.
∎ To hand over buyer inspection certificate to the commercial for proper shipment arrangement.
∎ Able to communicate with overseas offices & Suppliers on development, bulk order related information, pending materials (Fabric & Trims) and support factories.
∎ Costing of products/garments.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers (Brand/reputed buyer experienced merchants are preferable).
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality, etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter.
∎ Act as an effective team member and understand company & buyer COC.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have academic or practical experience in Undergarments
∎ Good skills in MS Word & MS Excel, email writing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
