Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure
∎ • Recruitment & Selection: Develop & ensure the procedures for recruitment & selection of employees as per HR planning.
∎ • Performance Management Program: Ensure the completion of employees' yearly performance appraisal/objective settings effectively and timely through coordination.
∎ • Supervise and monitor all personnel functions like recruitment, selection, training, promotions,
∎ • To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ • To work for increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related work.
∎ • Maintain personal file, Final settlement, and Disciplinary Proceedings with any other
∎ • HR-related activities;
∎ • Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process;
∎ • Review, modify or develop Job Description as per the requirement of the organization;
∎ • Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it
∎ • Maintain and monitor attendance through an automated system (biometric/swiping
∎ • cards) and HRIS for processing compensation and benefit for employees;
∎ • Various reports on HR & Administrative tasks;
∎ • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc. on administrative issues
∎ • Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
∎ • Employee training & development, motivational issues, disciplinary action, etc.
∎ • Develop and maintain performance management processes.
∎ • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
∎ • Facilitating newcomer joining formalities.
∎ • Preparing reports as assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
∎ • Co-operate in all administrative work of the office.
