Education:
∎ BSc in Textile Eng./ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX/ Daffodil/ NITER/ Primeasia will be preferred.

∎ At least 02 years of experience for Production in a large Lingerie Garment Industry
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner
∎ Well conversant in MS Office
∎ Convincing speaking power
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ At least 02 years of experience for Production in a large Lingerie Garment Industry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of machines and manpower on the sewing floor.
∎ Monitor and follow up on monthly, daily, and hourly production targets.
∎ Implement and maintain regular 6S audits for workplace organization and safety.
∎ Prepare weekly production plans and execute them to meet shipment deadlines.
∎ Check and update material information in the sub-store.
∎ Attend pre-production (PP) meetings; review bulletins and machine flowcharts.
∎ Identify bottlenecks in production processes and discuss solutions with the team.
∎ Ensure first-time quality and improve productivity by reducing style changeover time.
∎ Track hourly production and efficiency, especially during style changes; control line WIP.
∎ Develop the skills of sewing operators and helpers through on-floor coaching.
∎ Provide technical support to maintain customer quality standards.
∎ Maintain strong knowledge of line and production administration.
∎ Foster good teamwork and effective communication with all related departments.
