Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily weaving operations, including loom running, tie-ups, and fabric quality checks.
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow
Plan and coordinate production activities with Mechanical and Electrical teams
Optimize machine and manpower utilization across the production floor
Monitor production progress and ensure timely achievement of targets
Identify and resolve production issues to maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Train and guide operators to improve performance and productivity
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
