Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather products Engineering from any reputed University (KUET or DU)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up section for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Building relationship with production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ After joining with us, Candidates have to stay his first 3yrs nearby the factory location.
∎ Committed, self-motivated, Hardworking, multi-tasking & result oriented
∎ Must have very good command in English & Bengali, efficiently working over MS office application.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
