Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, including loom running, tie-ups, and fabric quality control

• Plan and execute beam-up activities; coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical teams

• Monitor production floor activities to ensure optimum utilization of looms and resources

• Allocate manpower efficiently and prepare operator performance/incentive reports

• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and inventory records

• Identify and troubleshoot production defects; ensure adherence to quality standards

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures

• Prepare daily production reports and coordinate with cross-functional departments

• Track production progress and ensure timely achievement of targets and delivery schedules

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives

• Train, guide, and mentor junior staff and operators

• Perform any other duties assigned by management
