Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Capable for full production management as production planning, update, management, followup, quality, shipment, staffs management etc.
Acknowledgement Buyer wise order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to serve relevant directions to the Production Staff regarding smooth production.
Provide necessary directions to the Production/Sample team to make a sample of particular byuer in order to get the approval of mass production.
Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and effluent manner.
Co-ordinate with other department heads as per requirement.
