• The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the production process for two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicles. This includes planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing activities to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, with experience in managing production teams and processes specific to two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
• Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.
• Lead and supervise production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and assembly line workers.
• Provide training and development to enhance team performance.
• Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow and avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
• Generate production reports, including daily output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and R&D to ensure a seamless production process.
