Responsibilities & Context:

To oversee and optimize the operations, sales performance, and profitability of multiple super shop outlets, ensuring excellent customer experience, efficient supply chain management, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple super shop outlets.
  • Ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing, hygiene, safety, and compliance.
  • Implement SOPs and operational best practices across all stores.
  • Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability across the chain.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and expiry control.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and regional teams.
  • Monitor staff productivity, discipline, and performance.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and improvement plans.
  • Monitor store-level P&L, expenses, and cost controls.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and company compliance standards.
  • Manage risk related to operations, cash handling, and security.
  • Support store expansion, new store setup, and location feasibility studies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
