New Grameen Motors, one of the renowned Automobile Company in Bangladesh, is looking for high-potential Internal Audit professionals to enhance its corporate governance, risk management, and control framework. This role offers exposure to large-scale operations, cross-functional stakeholders, and continuous professional growth.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare Annual Internal Audit Roadmap, Reports, Follow up on findings, and Support fraud investigations.
Plan and execute Internal Audit assignments independently.
Conduct Risk Assessment, Internal Control & Process Evaluation
Perform vouching and verification of: Invoices, Petty cash expenditures, and Raw Materials (RM) & Packing Materials (PM) stocks and cons ump
Prepare and present Internal Audit reports with actionable insights
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Lead, guide, and develop audit team members
Visit Factory, showrooms, dealers as per audit plan
Conduct internal audit training and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain strong stakeholder communication with management and business units.
