Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire production process in the spinning mill.
∎ Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
∎ Monitor and analyze production operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
∎ Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance and support.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all production activities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Track and report production metrics, key performance indicators, and budget adherence.
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
∎ Investigate and resolve production issues and discrepancies promptly.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and reports.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in spinning mill production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in production management, preferably in a spinning mill or textile manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Knowledge of spinning mill machinery and processes.
∎ Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental standards in textile production.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
