∎ Skills Required: Food Technologist, HACCP, ISO, People Management skill, Product Costing and budgeting, Production planning, Production Process
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Operation, FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop & execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality as per the demand & forecast.
∎ Prepare & maintain the production budget to ensure cost effectiveness with optimum manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Ensure optimum use of man machine & materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency.
∎ Planning for RM & PM requirement to ensure smooth production operations.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
∎ Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification.
∎ Resolves worker grievances with concern of Human Resources and cross functional department.
∎ Responsible for administrative issues of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with meat & flour based processed food production / R&D will be preferred.
