• Must experience in Offset printing cutting.

• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

• Increase production capacity by implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

• Maintain lead time and shipment date.

• Production performance review, production planning review.

• Solve production related problem.

• Conduct production meeting.

• Coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standard.

• Prepare production related data and file as per management required.

• Implement and monitor Quality standard of the factory.

• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.

• Reducing waste by increasing efficiency.

• Taking necessary steps for customer complain.

• Regular visit production floor and check the production process.

• Giving requisition for machine, machine parts, tools, material and ensure the quality.

• Monitor the performance of all the production team leaders & workers.

• Sample development.

• Very good knowledge about product like hand tag, poly. PFL, Woven Label, RFID, RF Label, Heat transfer & Others trims accessories.

• Well known about KPI.
