Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment.
∎ Capable of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve hourly/ daily production target.
∎ Should have knowledge of modern machinery and equipment.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality.
∎ Checking line layout & operational breakdown.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time before feeding style plan.
∎ Capacity study of line layout/ operation and work with IE Department
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency & reduce cost per minute.
∎ Reporting of production to the senior management.
∎ Should be able to perform machine layout, time & motion study etc.
∎ Lead the production of sewing department.
∎ Should be a technical person is relation to cutting, sewing and finishing of knit composite garments.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Factory Compliance.
∎ Be appraised about the terms and condition, policies, rules and regulations of Company.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 year(s)- (minimum 2 years in a managerial position)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production (Knit Garments)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and enable to work under pressure.
