Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with Sample section for all kind off sample ( like -- Development , Fit, PP , Size set , Shipment etc).
Ensure Buyer Comments are implemented correctly.
Coordinate with supplier & Fabric team for smooth Trims, Accessories & Fabric availability ( with Lab Dip submission to Bulk Fabric Approval process).
Need to Make Sample Fabric , Sample booking & Follow up accordingly .
Prepare report , sample dispatch details & approval tracking .
Maintain Order File properly with all approval comments & relevant Document.
Communicate with Buyer regarding All sample & Approval process
