Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate as Production Manager for its Large Comprehensive Garments Accessories Project.
∎ The factory will produce all sorts of Garments Accessories Products like Auto Carton, Poly, Labels, Tapes, Elastics, Offset Printing Products etc. by maintaining world class standards.
∎ The project location is at Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall production related activities of the factory.
∎ The candidate should have expertise on production planning and have the ability to make on time production of the taken orders as per scheduled timeframe. Besides, the position needs to ensure maintaining of product delivery schedule effectively as per the set plan.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge & expertise on the garments accessories production management activities in renowned companies. He should be capable to manage a large team and ensure achieving monthly Production target on regular basis.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise to manage the overall production activities of a large garments accessories factory are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field in any large garments accessories companies, out of which 3 years in similar level position.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on each & every production process and capable to manage all production related activities effectively
∎ Should have proven leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be energetic, sincere, hardworking & result oriented
∎ Should be familiar with computer uses, especially in MS Office
