∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Yarn Manufacturing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production process in Spinning( From RM Warehouse to Finished yarn Warehouse)
∎ To monitor production target in all shifts as per quality parameters
∎ To optimize resources to ensure required quality with maximum production to achieve the maximum profitability
∎ Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency of the systems
∎ Monitoring quality and process control systems, standards and procedures for maintaining the quality as per standards
∎ Follow up of color codification in the department for avoiding material mix up
∎ Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the re occurrences.
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy conditions
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training programs
∎ Wastage control of Raw material, WIP material and finished goods.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence ,efficiency, timely delivery and quality output
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
