About the Company

Cassiopea Sweaters Ltd (CSL) is a 100% export-oriented sweater manufacturing factory. The factory started operations in 2019..

We produce high-quality sweaters in 3GG / 5GG / 7GG / 10GG / 12GG / 14GG.

Main Responsibilities

1. Factory Leadership

• Lead all factory departments — Knitting, Linking, Trimming, Washing, Finishing, Packing, and Sample Section.

• Take full responsibility for daily operations and production performance.

• Motivate and guide all workers and supervisors to work efficiently and safely.

• Ensure all workers are treated fairly, work in a clean and safe environment, and have proper facilities.

• Maintain good communication and teamwork among all departments.

2. Production Planning and Control

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans with Planning and Merchandising teams.

• Ensure all orders are produced on time, meeting buyer delivery schedules.

• Use manpower, machines, and materials efficiently to achieve full factory capacity.

• Monitor production progress daily and solve any delays or technical problems quickly.

3. Sample Section

• Supervise the Sample Section to make sure samples are developed correctly and delivered on time.

• Work closely with the Merchandising and Design teams to develop new styles.

• Ensure all samples meet buyer quality and fit requirements before bulk production.

4. Process and Efficiency

• Review every production stage and identify reasons for delays or high costs.

• Reduce mending, wastage, and rework by improving process control and worker training.

• Continuously work to improve output per machine and cost efficiency.

5. Quality Control

• Maintain quality standards from knitting to packing.

• Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to ensure buyer standards are met.

• Check all in-line and final inspections, and solve quality problems immediately.

6. Coordination and Reporting

• Communicate daily with Merchandising, Planning, Maintenance, and Store teams.

• Report production status, efficiency, and problems to management daily.

• Help the Commercial and Shipping departments to ensure on-time shipments.

7. Compliance, Safety & Discipline

• Make sure all work follows buyer compliance, labor law, and factory safety rules.

• Support HR and Compliance teams during audits and inspections.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and respect among all factory staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.

• At least 10 years of experience in a sweater or knitwear factory, with strong leadership skills.

• Good technical knowledge of knitting, linking, finishing, and washing processes.

• Ability to lead a large workforce and maintain harmony on the factory floor.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP knowledge preferred).
