∎ Training/Trade Course: Leather,Footware,Bag
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Good comunication skill, Leather industry, Leather technology, Preferably experience in working with a reputed Footwear Brand, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up section for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Building relationship with production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ After joining with us, Candidates have to stay his / her first 3yrs nearby the factory location. Willingness to work in remote areas.
∎ Committed, self-motivated, Hardworking, multi-tasking & result oriented
∎ Must have very good command in English & Bengali, efficiently working over MS office application.
∎ Willingness to drive proactively, hard working and ability to work under pressure.
