Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements
∎ Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Overseeing production processes
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
∎ Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Liaising with Project Manager, buyers, and marketing and sales staff
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years’ Experience in the Alternative Brick or Brick Manufacturing Industry
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes of Alternative Hollow Bricks
∎ In Depth Knowledge Regarding the Alternative Brick Market and Industry
∎ Leadership and Project Management Skill
∎ Thorough and Attention to Detail
∎ Knowledge Regarding Use, Repair and Maintenance of machines and tools
∎ Ability to Present and Interpret Data
∎ Ability to Manage Workers and Maintain Relations
∎ Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
∎ Thinking and Reasoning skills
∎ Ability to Organize your time and workload
