∎ MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and organize production schedule.
∎ To prepare report on -daily production, finished goods stock, and submit it concern authority.
∎ To maintain stock ledger of raw materials, chemicals, flavor, packing materials for running production & ensure supply for the following day's production seven days stock.
∎ To forecasting weekly usages for certain raw materials.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of finished products to distribution point.
∎ To maintain weekly work schedule of floor in charge, and all other personnel.
∎ To control and Co-ordinate activities of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors.
∎ To monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
∎ To ensure that the production is cost effective.
∎ To ensure process loss within permissible limited.
∎ To make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained all times in all places.
∎ To ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ To ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files
∎ To carry out the production of drinking water, soft drinks and energy drinks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proper knowledge about the BSTI .
∎ Adequate computer knowledge as (Ms word, Excel, email, power point) as required.
