Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely monitor the production process and ensure daily documentation is carried out by liaising with staff (Prod floor & KKTE garden)
∎ Analyze captured production capacity utilization data
∎ Prepare and present monthly capacity utilization reports to the Garden CEO
∎ Ability to present suitable recommendations for further process improvements in the production process
∎ Need to be based at the Factory in Panchagarh for 5-7 days per month (accommodation and transportation will be provided)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound technical knowledge related to production machinery (CTC and Orthodox) production techniques will be an added advantage
∎ Sound analytical skills
∎ Experience in tea production/factory will be an added advantage
∎ Good people management skills

Salary: Negotiable
