Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recommend procedures for detection, prevention and elimination of physical, chemical or other product hazards
∎ Conduct Visual and measurement tests on garments
∎ Maintaining Buyer COC on “Product Safety Rules & regulations (PSR)” also evaluate
∎ All needs “Needle Control/ Sharp Tools System” stickle Maintain & following as per SOP
∎ Able to identify root causes on quality failures, and drive for continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production
∎ Participate in preparation of product usage and precautionary label instruction
∎ Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
∎ Creating analytical reports of safety data
∎ Inspecting production equipment and process to make sure they are safe
∎ Technical audit/evaluation should be followed
∎ Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or awareness type training sessions.
∎ Must follow up familiarity with snap attachment, Button attachment, pull test system, Metal detector machine or 9-point check system, needle control policy and chemical hazards
∎ Any other job assigned by the management

∎ Good oral and written communication skill in Bengali & English
