Responsibilities & Context:
- To lead the product development life cycle team and guide team to design and accurate sample to meet customer guidelines and timelines.
- Set high level processes for product development life cycle and sample creation to be followed by the team
- Guide team on the product development process and stakeholder interaction required
- Keep abreast of advancements and improvements in product development cycle and bring in encourage adoption of best fit practices
- Support team in planning complex product developments
- Support team in analyzing tech pack for new products and guide them in designing and creating the pattern
- Coordinate and organize internal training on production, quality parameters and service level agreements for self and team
- Review all production data and give relevant information to the other teams
