• Strong proficiency in the English language, both in speaking & writing.
• Good PC skills, Excel, MS WORD, Browsing, etc.
• Time-management skills.
• Works under pressure.

About the job:

The task of this individual is to meet all the techno-commercial requirements of the bidding project (including sourcing and managing offers from foreign suppliers, negotiating contracts, preparing of bid proposal, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare, evaluate, and check the bidding documents based on international tender guidelines / client requirements. 
• Ability to manage technical clarification against queries by the foreign supplier.
• Attending a meeting online and directly with the authorized person of the foreign supplier to discuss for finalization of the bidding project.
• Sourcing of Bonafide Supplier / Manufacturer through on-line platform.
• Creating documentation that is related to POs, budgets, cost analysis, and technical reports.
