About the job:
The task of this individual is to procure materials, products, or services at the best terms by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Ability to prepare, evaluate, manage quotes, and check the bidding documents based on international tender guidelines / client requirements.
Able to resolve any technical issues related to the company`s products.
Attending a meeting online and directly with the authorized person of the supplier and buyer to discuss technical issues.
Sourcing bonafide manufacturing / supplier companies.
Local and foreign procurement tasks. Managing all import and export related matters.
Supporting internal departments and meeting their purchasing needs by complying with all company rules.
Creating documentation that is related to POs, budgets, cost analysis, and reports.
