Responsibilities & Context:
Should have sound knowledge to operate overall standardized Processing operation of hard & soft biscuit.
Must able to carry out highest output from all processing related staff & labor of production.
Able to regularly ensure quality work at every step of processing arena within stipulated time frame.
Monitor production process of line workers & maintain personal & product hygiene to ensure that all the products meet desire production standard first to last.
To work & monitor helper/laborer day to day production works, timely deliver superior instructions & create Line Report.
Any other departmental task that management may require to be done.
