∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,North South University,International University of Business Agriculture and Technology students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and plan on a daily basis output per machine and reasons for delay if any
∎ Resolve quality related issue in production and train employee to enhance efficiency
∎ Provide support to the technicians intervening on the machines
∎ Having a leadership attitude and responsible of projects to improve processes and output in dye house
∎ Capable to foresee obstacles which shall delay production operations and report to management
∎ Having Knowledge of automated high tech dyeing machines in a dye house
∎ Work with notion of energy and resource conservation to reach zero discharge
∎ Capable to of communicating in English

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have the ability to work in group and be a team player
∎ Knowledge of wet processing & fabric finishing in a dye house
∎ Have sound knowledge of dyes & chemicals
∎ Maintain employee health & safety procedures
∎ Waste water management & ETP

Salary: Negotiable
