∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Kitchen Of Sample Printing (Home Textile), Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid experience in all over Rotary Printing like Pigment, Reactive & Vat Printing Process.
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge in all kinds of printing raw materials and chemicals to analyze the cost and quality assurance.
∎ Monitor production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of man and machines.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
