Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & maintaining up-to-date records for client PODs & reviewing PODs in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken for ShopUp's truck business.
∎ Notifying defaulters of overdue submissions & timely follow up till the POD is received by POD team
∎ Professional handling of stakeholder inquiries, including providing detailed POD reconciliations as required, resolving payment disputes, & processing PODs for payments
∎ Tracing & locating POD holders to make collection payments
∎ Recommending further action or incentivizing/penalizing vendors/drivers on occasions where POD is not forthcoming – including liaising with Fleet team when necessary
∎ Preparing reports related to POD collection work
