Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage plant operations with a strong focus on team building, decision-making, and people management.
∎ Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of LPG pumps, compressors, blowers, diesel engines, mounded storage vessels, fire-fighting systems, and other critical equipment.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of front-end engineering design (FEED) work for plant operations.
∎ Maintain high standards of safety, quality, maintenance, and security in all plant activities.
∎ Optimize plant operational costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
∎ Drive financial discipline in plant operations and monitor budget adherence.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
