Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Production plan, budgets and timelines according to production specification.
∎ Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specification.
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
∎ Monitor Production Status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust timelines to meet deadlines.
∎ Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedule.
∎ Determine machine, RM, PM and manpower required to complete production.
∎ Communicate effectively and develop processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent command in English & Bengali both spoken & written.
∎ Ability to grasp business and computer literacy.
∎ Resident near Narayanganj area would be added advantage.
