Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and set up the FFS machine according to the production plan.
Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure proper sealing and filling.
Load packaging material, product, and other required supplies.
Operate the machine safely, maintaining continuous production flow.
Monitor machine performance, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
Check that filled packs meet specified weight, shape, and quality requirements.
Inspect finished products for seal integrity, filling accuracy, and appearance.
Conduct routine in-process checks (weight, leak test, visual inspection).
Separate and record any defective or rejected products.
Identify and resolve minor machine issues (jams, misalignment, sealing defects).
Report major breakdowns to maintenance for repair.
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
