Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies and appoints distributor in new town/territory
∎ Sets targets to field force in terms of total outlets to be serviced through direct channels
∎ Increases sales width (through specified targets and focus brands allocation to field force)
∎ Ensure market presence is maintained through adequate merchandising
∎ Constantly tracks pipelines and makes rectifications to maintain specified norms
∎ Identifies breakages/ expiries/ damaged stocks and ensures that they are processed as per specified norms
∎ Ensures through SO that their respective distributor are adequately servicing their markets
∎ Ensures that cheque bouncing is within the specified norms
∎ Ensures that distributor claims are settled within the prescribed period as per the corporate norms and guidelines
∎ Ensures that distributor adheres to the specified company norms
∎ Ensures that travel expenses of SO and ASO are within their entitlements and as per the company norms and guidelines
∎ Ensures that trade distribution, promotions and other miscellaneous expenses are within the budgeted limits
∎ Evaluates SO’s performance within time period
∎ Ensures through SO’s that the performance of their respective ASO’s is as per the specified targets
∎ Provide adequate developmental inputs, feedback and counseling
∎ Ensures that claim settlement procedures and reports are formulated as per prescribed norms and guidelines
∎ Ensures that leave, attendance and other claims of personnel reporting to them are processed as pet the corporate guidelines by the relevant authorities
∎ Constructive feedback to SO’s performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High level of computer proficiency in data analysis.
