FMCG Sales Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage sales of the company's products and services within a region/cluster.
∎ Leading a team of ASM's and Sales officers.
∎ Responsible for topline sales target and distribution coverage and infrastructure addition.
∎ Process implementation and claim settlement, execute marketing activities in the region, launch new products.
∎ Responsible for improving brand awareness and distributor ROI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience is required of which minimum 05 years in Managerial position.
∎ High caliber of leadership to lead his team forward and drive business growth.
∎ Strong understanding of the market.
∎ Integrity and Ownership.
∎ Experience in Trade Marketing will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Fluent in oral and written English and Bengali.
∎ High level of computer proficiency in data analysis.
