Job Context:
∎ Job Location - Sreepur, Magura, Bangladesh.
∎ Planner should have the experience how to plan a Cutting department of an woven factory.
∎ 5 to 10 Years of experience in a cottoning planner role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall IE & Planning work for Cutting department of woven garments manufacturing
∎ To ensure and check the line-wise planning.
∎ To plan how to collect the information from the store regarding the in-house of fabric and accessories.
∎ Plan to collect the sample and marker from the CAD department and cutting the size set.
∎ Plan to provide the size set to the sample department.
∎ Plan to collect the order sheet/TRIM card from the coordinator.
∎ Plan how to provide or send the size set or sample to the washing department.
∎ Plan to collect the washed sample from the QC.
∎ Plan to collect the measurement from the QC and sending it to the Cad department to ensure the pattern.
∎ Plan to ensure the test cutting after getting the PP.
∎ Plan to input the cutting goods to the line.
∎ Plan to report regarding shade band initial (for H&M) and then ensure to plan the bulk cutting.
∎ The table planning as per the order sheet.
∎ Plan to maintain the balance or ratio of the cutting.
∎ In the planning ensure, maintain and follow up the total cutting layout plan.
∎ Plan to ensure the measurement of the cutting as per the marker.
∎ Plan to ensure and maintain the daily housekeeping of the cutting section.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
