General HR, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Pharmaceuticals, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update employee information regularly
∎ Check, monitor and update daily attendance
∎ Ensure daily absent list preparation and cross-check
∎ Keep overtime (OT) record keeping and cross-check
∎ Prepare workers salary and OT sheet
∎ Receive payment claim, cross-check and resolve as per rules
∎ Prepare weekly report of employees, who have left
∎ Prepare monthly attendance, absent, leave, new joining, left employees, confirmation, increment etc. report
∎ Ensure leave record checking and register updating
∎ Perform other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Excel and MS Word
∎ Familiar with working in payroll software
∎ Very good communication skills
∎ Hardworking and determined
∎ Able to work under huge pressure and meet deadline
Salary: Negotiable
