∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Must have advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring on-time disbursement of salary, Overtime, and allowance ass per company policy.
∎ Able to handle HRIS or Software
∎ To maintain day to day operational activities like Daily Attendance, Late, leave entry, etc.
∎ Preparing payroll reports (Daily Headcount, Weekly or Monthly Reports Working Hours, Line Transfer etc.)
∎ Prepare bonuses sheet, allowances, and other bills ( Final Settlement bills, maternity bills, Incentive, Tiffin Order bills, shift report etc.)
∎ Respond to all payroll grievances and present proper justification as per policy.
∎ To Ensure ID card, appointment letters for newly appointed employees.
∎ Handling of Social Audit by submitting Monthly salary sheet, increment sheet, earned leave encashment sheet etc.
∎ Entering new employee information and Employee record maintenance.
∎ Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft Excel.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
