Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of the Operator/ Assistant Operator Laser Cleaning Machine is to ensure effective and safe cleaning of rust, paint, oil and other surface contaminants from MS raw materials and steel structure items using laser cleaning technology. This role supports product quality, surface preparation standards and smooth production flow by delivering clean materials
Operate the Laser Cleaning Machine safely and efficiently
Clean and remove rust, paint, oil and surface contaminants from MS raw materials and steel structure items
Ensure proper surface preparation as per quality requirements
Perform basic machine inspection and routine maintenance
Follow all safety rules, SOPs’ and work instructions
Report any machine faults or abnormalities to the supervisor
Maintain cleaning records and daily work logs
