Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supplier Payment:
∎ Follow up on pending supplier payments to ensure timely disbursement.
∎ Maintain and update the supplier ledger regularly.
∎ Order Management:
∎ Place orders using the SR App.
∎ Confirm orders via the LRMS system.
∎ Order Processing from OMS Panel.
∎ Supplier On-boarding:
∎ On-board new suppliers onto the system using the CMT panel.
∎ Ensure all supplier information is accurately recorded and maintained.
