Delivery Management, Key Account Management, logistic management, Monitoring and Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time Delivery, Pickup & Return of parcels.
∎ Clearing current backlog and keep it within the standard number.
∎ Generating all kind of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure promised SLA.
∎ Initiate and close the parcel related issues.
∎ Preparing / validating reconciliation and billing data.
∎ Handle all Customer, Merchant and Rider related issue for assigned Accounts.
∎ Any task assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
